• Engage in cheating, hacking, or exploiting game mechanics in any B4U Esports tournaments or matches.
• Use offensive, discriminatory, or harassing language or behavior in chats, forums, or live streams.
• Distribute malicious software, spam, or unauthorized advertisements through our Services.
• Impersonate other users, B4U staff, or professional players.
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party terms (e.g., game publisher EULAs).

4. Tournaments and Competitive Play

• Eligibility: Tournaments may have specific eligibility criteria, such as age, region, or skill level, which will be outlined in the tournament rules. You agree to comply with all tournament-specific rules and decisions made by B4U administrators.
• Fair Play: Use of unauthorized software, scripts, or third-party tools to gain a competitive advantage is prohibited and may result in disqualification, account suspension, or bans.
• Prizes: Prizes, if any, are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with tournament rules. B4U is not responsible for taxes or fees associated with prize distribution.

5. Intellectual Property

• B4U Content: All content provided by B4U Esports, including logos, graphics, tournament formats, and branding, is the property of B4U Esports or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
• User-Generated Content: By posting content (e.g., gameplay clips, profile images, or forum posts) on our Services, you grant B4U a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Services.
• Streaming: If you stream gameplay from B4U tournaments, you must credit B4U Esports and adhere to our streaming guidelines, available at b4uesports.com/streaming.

6. Privacy

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of this Agreement, including but not limited to cheating, harassment, or fraudulent activity. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, B4U Esports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, prizes, or account access. Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Bhutan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
• Arbitration: Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in Thimphu, Bhutan, in accordance with the rules of the Bhutan Alternative Dispute Resolution Centre. You waive the right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
