What We Expect
Competitive Skill Level
Proven track record in high-tier competitive play with verifiable tournament experience or exceptional ranked performance.
Voice Communication
Mandatory voice chat participation during all tournaments, scrims, and practice sessions with clear, strategic communication.
Dedicated Availability
Minimum 6-month commitment with 25+ hours weekly practice. Must have no scheduling conflicts and be available when needed.
Teamwork & Adaptability
Ability to work within team structures, adapt to evolving strategies, and maintain positive team dynamics under pressure.
Technical Requirements
High-performance gaming device (minimum stable 60fps), quality headset with mic, and reliable low-latency internet connection.

- Code of Conduct: Professional behavior expected in all team activities, tournaments, streams, and social media interactions.
- Practice Regimen: Structured practice sessions 5 days/week with additional individual skill development expected.
- Tournament Commitment: Full participation in scheduled tournaments required unless officially excused in advance.
- Communication Protocol: Discord mandatory for all team communications with daily check-ins during competitive seasons.
- Content Collaboration: Active participation in team content creation and promotion activities as required.
- Sponsor Obligations: Fulfillment of all sponsor-related content and promotion requirements per contract terms.
- Contract Duration: Mandatory minimum 6-month commitment to ensure team stability and development.
- Performance Evaluation: Monthly reviews assessing gameplay, teamwork, and improvement to determine tournament participation.
- Strategy Confidentiality: Protection of team strategies during streams or public gameplay sessions.
- Brand Representation: Proper use of team branding according to established guidelines in all public-facing content.
